International RAX is one of the world's leading wholesale of skate, surf and action sports products with over 25 years experience selling to international customers.

We have no minimum order for international sales but please note we only sell to qualified dealers and distributors. Our terms are Prepay by wire transfer with other terms being available on a case by case basis. We have the ability to offer shipping via most carrier services and can use any shipper you request.

Q. What the RAX Return Policy

Q. How can I pay for my invoices?

A. RAX allows for many different payment options. You can apply for NET Terms by completing our Credit Application.

If you would prefer to pay by credit card, we ask that you complete and return a Credit Card Authorization form.

We offer C.O.D for UPS shipping methods and wire transfer payments for those requesting it.

Note: All new international customers must pay their first couple orders via wire transfer.

Q. What happens to back ordered items?

A. There are several options available for backordered items. Ideally, there would never be back orders but RAX offers so many items that it is impossible to maintain inventory at all times. When ordering an out of stock or special order item, you can chose to either have the order shipped when all items are available or to have the in-stock inventory sent right away. When those back orders arrive, your sales representative can either automatically ship them as they arrive, hold them until all the back orders arrive, or call you before shipping anything. We are here for you.

Q. Can I will-call my orders?

A. Yes. We allow customers to pick up their orders at our warehouse in Poway, CA. Please note that we require a minimum of 4 hours from time of order placement until pick up in order to complete process, pick, pack and invoice.

Q. How do I become a vendor of RAX?

A. If you would like RAX to add your brand and products to our inventory, please complete the contact a member of our Purchasing Department.

Q. Where can I download your images?

A. You can download RAX product images from ftp://productimages.moteng.com.

Q. Are there any fees or costs to drop ship my orders?

A. RAX does not charge a standard drop ship fee for all orders. Certain fees do apply for certain orders as detailed below:

ALL Orders under $10
$4 fee

ALL Orders between $10 and $100
If order is placed electronically (on www.raxusa.com or via FTP) - $1 fee.
If order is phoned, faxed, or emailed - $3 fee.

ALL Orders over $100
NO FEE

Q. How do I track my orders?

A. Get your tracking numbers electronically via FTP or by logging onto your account at www.raxusa.com. Click on Recent Shipments to view details.

Q. What happens to my order if there are items out of stock?

A. If all of the products on your drop ship order are in stock, RAX will immediately fulfill the order. Any orders that are only partially in stock will be held until 100% of the order is filled. Requests to ship partial orders must be communicated to your Sales Representative ahead of time.

Q. What paperwork is required to open an account with RAX?

A. 1. State of California customers: All new CA customers must mail, fax or email a copy of their state-issued resale license. 2. All other states: We must have a copy of your state business license, state resale license or EIN certificate. 3. A signed Credit Application or Credit Card Authorization form.

Q. How do I receive updates on new product and availability?

A. Visit www.raxusa.com for a listing of New Products, Discontinued Products and Specials. For an additional fee, RAX can also provide you with our product data file (descriptions, dealer prices, sku's, etc.) and hourly inventory status file via FTP. Automatic product updates are also available for customers using a data feed through our sitebuilder affiliate. Contact your Sales Representative for further details.

Q. How do I place orders?

A. Occasional drop ship orders can be placed online at www.raxusa.com. You can also submit batches of orders in a tab or comma delimited file electronically via FTP. As always, you can phone or fax an order directly to a Sales Representative, as well.

Q. How do I become a drop ship customer?

A. Anyone with a wholesale account with RAX is eligible for dropshipping.

Q. How do I register on your website?

A. RAX requires that you first become a registered customer before placing an order. You can complete our Become A Customer form or contact a Sales Representative directly to get started!

Q. Who pays for shipping?

A. You are responsible for all shipping charges and will be billed by RAX. We also have the availability to bill your third-party shipping account. Q. Can I choose which freight method to use?

A. Yes. RAX offers UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and DHL services.

Q. What about Sales Tax?

A. RAX only sells to qualified dealers and does not charge sales tax.

Q. Can I add my own items in packages?

A. Yes. RAX is able to add your promotional items such as your company's pens or flyers to your orders. Additional charges will apply.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes. RAX does ship internationally. All customs or duties fees incurred in shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Q. How do you handle returns?

A. All non-defective merchandise that is returned for convenience is subject to a 15% restock fee. Prior to sending any merchandise back to RAX, you must first contact your Sales Representative to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization number).

Q. When will my order ship?

A. All in-stock orders placed before 12pm PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Q. What price do I pay for item?

A. You pay the current wholesale price for all items. All sale and special pricing will also apply to orders.

Q. Are there any retail pricing restrictions?

A. Yes. Please contact your Sales Sepresentative for the current list of vendor MAAP (Minimum Allowed Advertised Pricing) pricing.

Q. What is a FTP site?

A. The definition of FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a protocol that allows users to copy or exchange files between their local system and any system they can reach on the network.

Q. What paperwork is included in a drop ship order?

A. Your customer will receive a packing list with no mention of RAX or the wholesale prices you pay. You can even customize the packing slip with your company logo at no additional cost.
