Why register for a RAX Web Account?
A RAX Web Account gives you greater access to the RAX web site.
If you are a RAX customer, you will have access to the secured customer areas of our web site.
In these areas you may manage your account, check inventory status, and place and track orders.
If you are not currently a RAX Customer, click here to request a catalog.
Registration Process:
- In order to register, you must pick your own username and
enter a valid email address.
- You must also enter the RAX account number that you wish your
website account to be linked to.
- Once you submit your registration request you will receive
an email containing your password and confirming your registration.
- When you login to the site
for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password, at which point you can
specify any password you wish.
- Although you will be able to login, you will not be able to
access the customer section of the site or place orders.
- Once your sales rep has confirmed
all of the information that you have submitted, you will receive another email
(usually within 24 hours) that will confirm the completion of the entire registration process.
- At this point, you will be able to browse the customer side of the site and place orders.
